RTH language ROLE: Tester Manual tester with 6-7 years’ experience, preferred with Integrated Eligibility (IE) experience – By understanding client's requirements for web application (IES) requirements writing test cases/scenarios and executing them.

Ability to write DB SQL to validate the data from the back-end. Prior IE experience will be advantage. Excellent understanding and experience in Software Testing and SDLC process
1) Work closely with developers and business analyst throughout the software life cycle to ensure that applications meet the needs of the users;
2) Perform testing using a variety of test methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing
3) Experience writing and executing manual testing for complex software applications, Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and other documentation for projects ( experience with tools RTC/ RQM)
4) Participate in constructive peer review of test cases; 5) Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies;
6) Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications, and ensure optimal test coverage
7) Help facilitate execution of acceptance test scripts by UAT testers.
8) Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams consisting of software developers, department leads, and end users;
9) Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
10) Should work independently and be quick learner to lean application and process with the project and tools.
