Position is onsite in Linthicum Md
This position can hire at various levels of experience.
Ability to obtain secret clearance

Responsibilities:

Lead and support test development activities for superconducting quantum computing

Develop automated procedures for qubit characterization a nd tune-up - Support the development of test platforms within cost and schedule constraints

Document test requirements and procedures - Review test plans for accuracy and completeness

Support training of junior technical staff

Basic

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical area (BSEE or other Engineering discipline preferred) with 5 years of relevant experience 

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to communicate effectively to team members both verbally and in writing - Proficiency in at least one of MATLAB, Python, C, or C++ - Experience leading teams or projects

Experience troubleshooting electronic test systems

Active TS/SCI with CI poly clearance

Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience with superconducting qubit test

Experience with milliKelvin test platforms including dilution refrigerators

Experience with test automation and data analysis in MATLAB

Experience with microwave electronics

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
