3 years of experience with systems administration (SA) support and operations in a commercial cloud environment, preferably Amazon Web Service (AWS)
3 years of experience with Windows and/or Linux operating system (OS) environments, experience should include familiarity with IT concepts such as user account creation, information security, operating systems, networking, identity management and directory services, including Active Directory and AWS Identity Access Management.
Familiar with AWS services such as Workspaces, EC2, S3, IaM, CloudFormation, VPCs, etc.
Limited experience in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
Familiar with configuration management tools, such as Salt Stack, Ansible, or Puppet.
Familiar with infrastructure automation including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (Cac) and using DevOps automation tools such as Terraform and AWS CloudFormation, etc.
Familiar with continuous integration continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, such as GitLab, Jenkins, etc.
Familiar with service desk ticketing systems and collaboration tools, such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
Strong willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to identify problems and troubleshoot them with limited supervision
Good oral and written communication skills
