Determine acceptance / rejection criteria and evaluate waivers for QA impacts
Review and verify certifications, specifications, and conformance to requirements
Create, review & update Quality Management System documentation
Define criteria for monitoring, measuring, & reporting various process performance
Analyze trends, conduct problem investigations, & devise CAPA plans
Communicate with applicable stakeholders to resolve process & trend discrepancies
Plan and conduct audits, not limited to on-site location
Perform other duties as required

BS degree from an accredited engineering school and five (5) years of related engineering experience, or a MS degree from an accredited engineering school and four (4) years of related engineering experience, or Ph.D. from an accredited engineering school.
Experience with Supplier Quality
Knowledge of products & services required of contract
BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering school or minimum of five (5) years of related experience
Able to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks and projects
Able to analyze problems and strategize for best solutions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products
A strong aerospace background with direct experience performing product (hardware) related quality engineering activities
Ability to understand basic engineering terminology
Knowledge of AS9100 and other relevant aerospace industry standards
Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed to support mission critical / essential activities in support of JSC
Requisition Preferences:
