Principal Semiconductor Test Engineer
Linthicum, MD- B.S. electrical engineering or higher
- Seasoned test engineer - 3 years minimum in component level test engineering field
- Hands-on experience in lab
- Familiarity with scopes, signal analyzers, DMM, etc.
- Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) experience – especially Keithley testers
- Solid understanding of device physics, wafer process monitor structures, discreet component characteristics
- Understanding of Statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Knowledge of various programming languages/OS (C/C++, Perl, Python, Windows, Unix, etc.)
