• BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related engineering field of study
• Strong foundation in software development with experience with Java (preferred) or C++
• Familiarity with a Linux environment
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance

Pluses 

• Experience with message-based development
• Experience with OpenGL and 3D transforms
• Knowledge of GIS architectures, cartography, GIS related map services, and OMI theories and applications
