Job Description:
- Position provides operational support to the Talent Acquisition organization, its members and other business partners and customers at large
- Performs a wide range of recruitment and onboarding tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Partners with senior recruiters to help down-select candidates, complete phone screens and assists with interview scheduling, as needed
- Reconciles and facilitates new hire paperwork and orientation across internal organizations
- May help document TA processes and procedures and assist with internal/external audits
Required Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Desired Education:
- Associates degree or above and previous experience supporting recruiting or HR teams.
Required Skills:
- Typically, 2+ Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting, HR, customer service or comparable service environment.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Workday Applicant tracking system
- Prior experience supporting a large engineering organization
- Experience performing in a transaction-oriented and rapidly growing environment
- Background working with and maintaining HR confidential materials
