Senior Software Lead to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems. In addition, the Lead will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. They will lead a small team and provide support on various projects, so the ability to adapt and prioritize projects is essential. This person will be an intracell and important part of the team and the projects they will support.

Minimum Qualifications:
- B.S/M.S. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Possess an active Secret clearance.
- Experience working with Embedded and/or Real Time systems, specifically DoD sensor equipment.
- 10-15 years of experience related software development experience, specifically C/C++.
- Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experienced in leading small teams and projects.
- Strong math background with strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Radar Systems.
