Write, rewrite and/or edit technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, user manuals, programming manuals, service manuals, operational specifications, and related technical publications to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
Acquire subject knowledge by meeting and collaborating with product developers, observing the performance of production methods, referring to technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and trade journals.
Oversee preparation of illustrative materials, selecting drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts.
Conduct quality review of materials.
Generate documents via Velocity or other scripting languages/conversion tools.
Adhere to strict Customer deadlines, schedules, and specifications
Coordinate with Program Management and Technical Leads to ensure adequate time to create and modify technical documentation
Create/modify Customer Templates as required
