TS/SCI All- Source Intel Planner

This is a Full time. On-site effort.

The team constructs, manages, and conducts discrete mission engineering and analysis study tasks to evaluate the efficacy of legacy architectures and new technologies and capabilities applied in new mission concepts of employment to meet evolving joint mission objectives.

Previous experinece in a Combatant Command or Joint Staff and J2 or J3 Preferred

This position will be located in the Alexandria, VA area.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Generate system and system-of-system concept of operations, concept of employment, and requirements documentation.
  • Coordinate with Combatant Commands, Service Intelligence Centers, the Intelligence Community and future force planners to review and receive feedback on scenarios, vignettes, CONOPs/CONEMPs, and metrics the team develops.
  • Develop documents and briefings to communicate these products to senior leaders and the rest of the team.
  • Work with architecture and modeling & simulation teams to help correctly capture the operational tasks from the vignettes in the various analysis tools.
  • Your work will encompass advanced systems, such as command, control, and communication elements and data processing systems.
  • Providing review and analysis support to the team.
  • Participate in project technical risk analysis and mitigation.
  • Minimum of 8 years' of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, production, and management.
  • Development of Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, and Intelligence Threat Briefs.
  • In-depth understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC).
  • Must have good analytic skills and the ability to apply them in a multi-tasking environment where more than one project may require his/her participation at any given time.
  • This position will require a strong ability and willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Candidates must possess and demonstrate proven communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who is able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment, often with minimal guidance and within rigid timelines.
  • Must have outstanding communication skills in conveying complex technical issues and in providing comprehensive written, oral and/or digital products.
  • Must also have outstanding technical writing and presentation development skills.

Qualifications Desired:

  • Previous experience in a Combatant Command or Joint Staff.
  • Previous experience in a J2 or J3.

Education Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI).
