Power Test Engineer Aerospace

Los Angeles, California

Position is Hybrid located in Houston Tx or LA, California.
US Citizens or Permanent Resident
Aircraft or Aerospace experience.

Integration, verification, and validation of the Power systems for power distribution, and regularion for avionics and aircraft as a whole
Perform validation tests of electrical components and systems hardware in a hardware in the loop (HIL) testing lab.
Define requirements and drive design decisions
Plan integration of new hardware, software, and test stands.
Design, build, maintain, and resolve issues with test support equipment.
Integrate sensors, actuators, and algorithms together to produce a flight ready application.
Integrate signal processing, control, or related algorithms to run efficiently on embedded platforms.
Coordinate with the HIL team to ensure verification
Participate in design for test/manufacture/cost reviews.
Effectively communicate development status, risks, and challenges to management.
Write technical memos, documentation and devise ways to gain information.

B.S. degree or equivalent experience in Aerospace, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or related technical fields
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident.
