Senior Manufacturing Manager
Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing management, familiarity and experience implementing LEAN and 5S initiatives, value stream mapping, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.


* Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Support Lean initiatives throughout the assembly operation, identifies potential areas of improvement. Continuously improving the workflow and procedure in the assembly operation.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
* Ensure that production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations are met or exceeded.
* Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing supervisors and production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to support new product launches and process improvements.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
* Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Develop and manage departmental budgets, including capital/equipment expenditures and operating expenses.

 Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of (5-7) years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve results.
* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred (FDA, ISO, ect).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems.
* Fluency in Spanish is desired
