Designer Engineer/Designer

Create Prints based on customer requirements using SolidWorks
Manage Engineering Change and Design Review files
Create cost estimated based on customer designs.
Work with shop floor personnel to improve existing prints.
Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work with Production manager to improve production processes
Create and maintain Process Routings
Develop cost reduction initiatives to reduce material, labor, scrap, and overhead costs.
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to execute using an MRP/ERP system.
Demonstrated ability in using manufacturing tools and processes to drive continuous improvement across complex organizations.
