Project Manager will be supporting our government services division. This position will aid in developing the PMO for this agency; including identifying process improvements, collaborating with the other Task Leads, note-taking, developing meeting minutes, maintaining action items and activity logs, and developing materials for meetings.
The successful lead will be proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a constantly evolving environment, and collaborative.
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Creating templates, hardening current processes, creating an internal dashboard, and working across programs with other Project Managers will be a part of this role. Some background in resource management will be helpful for this role since most of the team is across the globe. This position will be remote and on a contract with extensions that could be long-term.
