Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in civil design, including road, site, and utility layout
- Strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and OpenRoads
- Ability to independently draft and design civil plans with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment with limited oversight
- FDOT project experience strongly preferred
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable in a remote work setup
