Platform Engineer II / Linux with experience in Linux Infrastructure Engineering to join an agile product team. TTypically requires BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Physics and 5 years of related work experience
• Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (E.g. scrum, SAFe)
• Experience with VMware
• Experience with programming languages (E.g. Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, Go)
• Current TS/SCI issued security clearance is required on day 1. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, willing to obtain a CI Poly for Privileged User access to the system
Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience with Linux LDAP for creating Linux based accounts and managing roles and permissions
• Experience with Linux Bash scripting for task automation and management of existing scripts
• Experience with modernization technologies such as Chef, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher etc
• Experience with System Hardening
• Experience with AWS technologies
• Experience with Cisco IOS / Fiber Switch Familiarity
• Experience with Cisco Server Hardware / and Firewall implementation
• Current Security Plus certification or obtain within 90 days of onboarding
