Site Operations Engineer – TS/SCI + CI Poly

We’re hiring a Site Operations Engineer to support 24/7 operations of a mission-critical national security system. This role includes a 20-week training program followed by System Controller certification.

Key Highlights:

• Support real-time operations of complex defense systems

• Troubleshoot and recover live system anomalies

• Develop CONOPS, automation scripts, and operational products

• Monitor/trend data to maximize system health and mission availability

• Work in a collaborative, badge-less team environment

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (required Day 1)

• Bachelor’s + 4 years experience OR 12 years in lieu of degree

• Experience in 24/7 operational environments

• Strong Linux and scripting (Perl, Matlab, Bash) skills

• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
