• Dod Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of four (4) years of experience directly related to engineering experience (or a STEM Master's with 2 years of experience)
• Systems Engineering experience in test requirements development, test planning, test techniques, test methodologies, test requirements documents, embedded functional test, and integration, verification, and validation for test
• Past experience demonstrating a systems engineering approach for all test-related activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of Systems Engineer standard views such as Block Diagram Definitions, Context Diagrams, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and Flow Diagrams
• Knowledge of Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)
• Experience with development, environmental, qualification, production, and manufacturing operations testing
• Experience in developing, decomposing, and managing systems requirements across a product lifecycle, such as design and transition to production.
• Utilize your knowledge of models, simulations, test beds, prototypes, hardware integration, hardware manufacturing, warfighter (User) methodologies, embedded test protocols, and full-scale Engineering Development Models (EDM’s) to ensure comprehensive lifecycle testing that is both robust and affordable.
• Broad customer interaction, including Department of Defense (DoD) contract work
• Understand and define specialized capital investment needs.
• Intense focus on ‘customer affordability’, by using effective cost measurement techniques
• Drive improvements in product affordability through increased built-in-test capabilities and decreased lifecycle
