Logistics and sourcing background with experience organizing inventory, storage, and transportation.

Arrange and manage pickup, transport, and delivery of all project materials, including organizing on- site and off-site inventory, storage, and transportation for the field services team.
Source and vet carriers and service providers, negotiate pricing and terms based on shipment requirements, and maintain a performance rating system with operations and administration.
Set up and manage equipment rentals, including delivery and return.
Coordinate rigging equipment and operators, including site walks to assess conditions, identify challenges, and select appropriate equipment.
Review shipment materials and shipping documents for accuracy before distribution, and monitor shipment costs and productivity.
Identify and submit required documentation for customer sites, such as certifications, insurance, and clearances.
Request and distribute customer site safety and PPE requirements.
Arrange travel and lodging for field technicians.
Arrange project manpower
Review, prepare, and route purchase orders and contractual commitments.
Produce timely, accurate paperwork, including bills of lading, supplies checklists, purchase orders, receipts, and related records.
Identify and recommend process improvements that reduce risk, improve efficiency, strengthen safety, and enhance communication.
Skilled at working with and negotiating with suppliers, carriers, service providers, and customers.
Able to review, prepare, and route purchase orders and contracts, and to review shipping documents for accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and with project management and communication tools.
Valid driver’s license; willing to fly and travel.
