Position Summary
The Software Test Professional ensures the quality and reliability of software by designing and executing test plans, collaborating with development teams, and reporting defects.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and run test plans and cases for both hardware and software systems.
- Use manual and automated approaches to test embedded and Windows-based applications.
- Report and track defects using tools like JIRA, and generate clear test reports.
- Develop automated test scripts with languages such as Python, C/C++, and C#.
- Work closely with other engineers and contribute to documentation and code reviews.
Qualifications
- At least three years of software module and Windows-based application testing experience.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and C#.
- Experience with test automation tools, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and industrial networking protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
