Overview
Supports production and supplier operations for mission-critical defense electronics through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Responsibilities
Resolve production and supplier hardware issues impacting defense systems
Conduct root-cause investigations on complex electronic assemblies
Drive engineering changes through formal configuration control processes
Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement efforts
Interface with suppliers and participate in technical reviews
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3+ years supporting electronic hardware in production or test environments
Experience troubleshooting digital, analog, RF, or mixed-signal electronics
Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment
Ability to interpret engineering documentation
Preferred
Aerospace or defense program experience
CCA, RF, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience
Knowledge of SPC and configuration management
