Required Skills:
• Demonstrated Test engineering leadership experience with proven track record
• Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly command and control functionality
• Understanding and experience with Agile methodology and DevSecOps approach
• Thorough understanding of the Systems Engineering development lifecycle and change management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
• Software experience with either Common Operating Picture or Asset Management products
• Strong systems engineering experience
• Proven written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Desired Skills:
• Systems, Test, and/or Software Engineering experience on a large government software development contract
•Experience in Systems Engineer process development and deployment

Education Requirements:
• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors degree (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, preferred); OR 6 years of relevant experience with a Masters degree (STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, preferred)
