Quality Control-Tester

Ensure that each unit meets the design specification both electrically and mechanically.
Implement quality control system.
Pre-Test each unit prior to welding, baking and dipping or VPI.
Final test each unit prior to shipment.
Collect, review and turn in to engineering all quality control documents.
Preform incoming test on all returned units.
Check quality of all complete units.
Inform department supervisors of any quality issues.
Proficient in Word and Excel
Attention to detail.
Basic electrical knowledge including safety requirements.
Ability to use multi meter and other electrical test equipment.
Ability to use a square, tape measure, micrometer, wire gauge, hand and power tools.
Ability to interpret shop drawings and schematics.
Ability to lift 30 1bs.
Must have general mechanical abilities.
