Benefits Specialist Trainer
Nashville, TNThis position is on-site in Tennessee, with a rate of $65.hr.
The client is looking for locals. They will pay for local travel (Expense).
ROLE: Surge (Processing) Support Supervisor 9 hour work days/180 DCAP
Desired Skills:
*Previous experience working with state governmental agencies as an eligibility specialist
*Previous technology adoption project experience in integrated eligibility systems, preferably with Medicaid, SNAP or, TANF programs
*Previous field support and/or training experience -Strong interpersonal awareness -Ability to maintain resolve under pressure -Ability to operate in a remote/work-from-home setting -Exceptional interpersonal skills & professionalism -Humility & grit -Flexibility Key
Responsibilities:
-Evaluate data from various electronic and other sources to enter information into a computer-based eligibility system.
Compute benefits based on eligibility determination.
-Use fact-finding techniques to obtain, relate and evaluate information provided by applicants. -Read, understand, apply, and explain detailed regulations and policies.
-Perform basic arithmetic functions.
-Manage time efficiently by establishing priorities in accordance with importance of deadlines.
