Shop Foreman 
 

• 5+ years of experience working with structural steel or metals fabrication
• Experience managing a team 
• Responsible for hiring, training, preparing work schedules etc.
• Monitor labor hours to ensure projects are completed in the hours estimated
• Coordinate shop schedule
• Experience with AISC standards
