Architect

Lead and oversee all phases of the architectural process, from schematic design to construction administration and project close-out.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other standard documents standard to the AEC industry.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress and ascertain compliance with contract documents.
Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited school.
Licensed in the State of Tennessee
Proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of building codes, materials, construction methods, and design detailing.
Pay range $50-60/hr. Depending on skill match and experience
