powerLOG-J Logistics Database Developer

Assist in building an acquisition Logistics Product Database (LPD), following existing engineering drawings for the Land-based Phalanx Weapon System (LPWS) for an ARMY customer: 
• IAW GEIA-STD-0007 guidelines, utilizing the LOGSA powerLOG-J tool 
• IAW ARMY Maintenance philosophy and SM&R Codes following AR-700-82 
• That will output: 
• LSAR-004 MAC 
• LSAR-040 RPSTL 
• LSAR-036 PTD for LMP submittal 
Ideally will have 5+ years’ experience conducting LPD development using powerLOG-J and will fully understand applicability of and compliance with the following: 
• AR 750-1 –Army Materiel Maintenance Policy 
• AR 70-1 –Army Acquisition Policy 
• PAM 700-56 –Logistics Supportability Planning and Procedures in Army Acquisition 
• MIL-STD-1390D – Level of Repair Analysis 
• Army maintenance philosophy 
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) processes 
• Manage multiple deadlines and priorities within specified time frames.

Required Skills: • 5+ years’ experience in the MIL-STD-1388-2b and GEIA-STD-0007 • 5+ years’ experience with Army Logistics • 5+ years’ experience working with engineering drawings and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) • Strong working knowledge of powerLOG-J • Knowledge of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) • Experience with AMCOM provisioning methods Desired Skills: • Experience working with the Land-Based Phalanx • Weapon System LPD • Expert knowledge of powerLOG-J software • Experience training powerLOG-J software • Extensive LORA generation experience, specifically IAW the Army’s standard LORA model (per AR 700-127 and MIL-STD-1390D) using COMPASS • Familiar with Create and update Technical Manuals using Arbortext Editor Software. • Create and update Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists (RPSTL) Graphics using AutoTrol Technical Illustrator, Adobe Illustrator, and Arbortext IsoDraw using the MIL-STD-40051 and S1000D standards. • Strong commitment to quality • Detailed oriented, but also able to understand and communicate the bigger picture • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good teaming skills • Ability to work in a highly collaborative team setting and successfully navigate a fast-paced, challenging environment • Result-oriented with good organizational skills such as: Setting priorities, working within deadlines, etc. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience leading project teams
