experienced, independent and solution-oriented IAM Developer to work in support of the PIV based Logical and Physical Access Control Solution using Federal PIV Card and contribute to the development and maintenance of Custom UI, API and ForgeRock OpenAM Access Management (IAM) platform customization.
 
Responsibilities
 
The IAM Developer will work within the DC1C-PIV program team to administer and support the PIV Physical Access Control platform and contribute to the enhancement of solution by developing API, UI and customizing enterprise IAM products.
 
  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions to support system and physical access using PIV, PIV-I and CAC credentials through identity and access management technology.
  • Develops custom Java programming code to support identity, credential and access management services
  • Works closely with project IAM Architect and Program Leads to identify key IAM technical components as aligned to project requirements, assist in prioritizing development efforts, catalog IAM component to project requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints.

The successful candidate shall have, at minimum, the following skill(s) and experience:

Programming work experience in the field of Information Technology Required 2 years

Identity and Access Management (IAM) product experience and/or certifications (e.g., ForgeRock) Required 3 years
Web development experience with AJAX, REST, and JSON Required 3 years
Product development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (i.e. AngularJS, Bootstrap) Required 2 years
Knowledge of Federal Identity Credential Access Management (FICAM), Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) and Federal PKI technologies and policies Required 3 years
System Development Lifecycle experience Required 3 years
Strong communication skills - written and verbal Required 3 years
Familiar with DevOps Tools such Jenkins, GitHub and Maven Required 1 years
Cloud infrastructure configuration experience (e.g., AWS, Azure) Desired 3 years
