Detailed Responsibilities:

• Provide Mid-Level (Tier 2/3) server service system administration services (e.g., Active Directory, Configuration and Performance Optimization, access controls, manage files, disk space, and manage requests for SAN and backup allocations) for WINTEL/LINUX sub-tower required to deliver services and meet Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
• Supports current and future Data Center infrastructure System Software (e.g., operating systems, utilities, databases, and middleware) for the WINTEL/LINUX server computing infrastructures.
• Provide Mid-Level (Tier 2/3) system administration services support for the Enterprise Exchange and Server services infrastructure software and hardware components to meet customer requirements.  
• Provides onsite server technical support and IMAC services (install, move, add, change) support at contract designated Hosting sites (mainly in the Orange County Data Center) to deliver services and meet contractual SLRs.
• Implement, configure, manage and administer Active Directory (e.g., groups and domains, replication schedules, database corruption, inter-regional issues, DNS registration, LDAP, and IP address ranges) to deliver services and meet SLRs.
• Install , test, and provide technical support, administration and security administration for Remote Access Services (VPN, Terminal Services, MFA, etc) hardware and software to deliver services and meet contractual SLRs.
• Provide Mid-Level (Tier 2/3) system administration services support for the Solarwinds ORION systems monitoring and reporting service infrastructure software and hardware components including ORION, Eyeshare, and associated interfaces.
• Provision, implement, configure, maintain and manage the EDI Services infrastructure (GlobalScape FTP servers) required to deliver services and meet contractual SLRs.
• Provide Mid-Level (Tier 2/3) system administration services for the design, employment and support of Microsoft Certificate Services infrastructure and associated services.
• Acts as Technical Lead on various server services infrastructure projects and implementations.
• Interfaces with other Data Center Services team members, storage system support personnel, ITSM service delivery leadership, contract support personnel, and various customer personnel.
 
TYPICAL EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and related technical training and/or certifications. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
 
 
REQUIRED SKILLS:
-7+ years' experience providing WINTEL/LINUX infrastructure server system administration services.
-3+ years’ experience as a member of a Managed IT Services team supporting an Enterprise level customer environment.
–Advanced level system administration expertise in Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012/2016, certifications beneficial.                                                             
–Advanced Level system administration expertise in Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010/2016, certifications beneficial.                                                                         
–Advanced Level system administration expertise in VMWare software and virtual infrastructure and server implementation, certifications beneficial.
-Proficiency in the planning, build, configuration and implementation of WINTEL servers.                                                                             
 
DESIRED SKILLS:
-Technical Lead Project experience in completing AD and Exchange services upgrades to 2016.
-Proficiency in provisioning and support of Microsoft Cloud/Azure services (O365, Exchange, etc.).
-Advanced level system administration expertise in Microsoft Certificate Services design, implementation and support.
-Advanced level systems administration expertise in employment and support of ORION monitoring and reporting services.
-Advanced level systems administration expertise with Microsoft SCCM Management (Patch Deployments/Asset Management and Reporting).
-Advanced level expertise and technical knowledge of Powershell (Active Directory/Exchange).
-Proficiency in administration and support of ADFS 2.0 services infrastructure.
-Proficiency in the administration and support of Microsoft MIIM.
-IT Managed services experience supporting enterprise level customer environments.
-Excellent Communication Skills – written and oral.
