The ideal candidate will have strong analytics credentials that have been put into practice through consulting, or corporate workforce analytics work experience, possess a strong work ethic, be curious and a continuous learner, and be adept with systems and technology. In addition this role will manage Talent Acquisition Events (hiring days, career fairs and diversity initiatives) 
The role will require, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities: 
• Strategic Sourcing - including channels, candidate messaging, technology, tools and processes & technology 
• Candidate experience – looking at people & User Experience, process and systems. 
• Business Intelligence – using competitive intelligence, analytics & metrics to create a more strategic approach to resourcing to achieve greater ROI from sourcing channels. 
• Candidate Engagement – Lead event management in regard to candidate engagement and employer branding 
• Create (internal and external) campaigns to drive up referral numbers & diversity hiring while helping to bring time to hire down and to increase quality of hire. 
• Provide analytical support and design data collection process improvements to support Workforce Planning, Compliance Analytics, and Integrated HR Analytics. 
• Manage the design and delivery of analysis products and services in response to customer needs. 
• Collect and analyze data on hiring demographics and trends. 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners and internal clients. 
• Create and present analytical reports – both written and graphical. 
• Special projects as needed. 
Required Knowledge and skills 
• Working knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle; including strategic sourcing, and selection, offer management and overall candidate experience. 
• A track record in improving candidate & Employee experience while driving strategic sourcing, employee branding including professional and social media channels and tools and engagement. 
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, business writing, and communication skills 
• System and data management/analysis, strong experience with MS Office Suite in particular Excel and PowerPoint 
• Ability to analyze, interpret, synthesize and communicate complex information to non-technical audiences in a logical, concise manner. 
• 5+ years of relevant program/project management experience, preferably in Human Resources 
• Experience planning and organizing events 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in business, HR or related field 
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated expertise leading without authority to achieve results
