Team seeks a dynamic UI Developer to join an entrepreneurial group of analytics professionals in Tewksbury, MA. The ideal candidate for this role should have a track record of successfully developing product feature enhancements in horizontally managed teams. The role will be accountable for designing, improving and deploying websites and applications to create a rich, interactive user experience for customer-facing analytics products. 

Basic Skills 

• 3 to 7 years professional experience in front-end UI/UX design and development of web applications 
• Experience creating interactive reports, metrics, and analytics 
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying code for data and reporting 
• Creating intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest Web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience 
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, knowing Bootstrap and LESS/SASS a plus 
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and Prototype 
• Proficient in technologies like AJAX/JSON/Javascript/Flash/PHP/Photoshop 
• Working knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular.js, Node.JS, React and d3.js 
• Knowledge of database management systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and similar systems 
• Experience with business intelligence applications and reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects, SAP Dashboards, SAP Web Intelligence, SAP Hana Studio, Lumira, and Tableau 
• Proven hands-on experience with ETL programming – to include querying traditional database management systems and developing middleware solutions for connecting back-end and front-end data flows 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum framework for software development
• Experience supporting .Net applications
• Strong communication skills with ability to interface with product end-users and IT management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with source control tools like Git and BitBucket
• Experience with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools like Jira or Rally
• Defense or manufacturing industry experience (especially for manufacturing disciplines including Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain)
