Candidate must demonstrate strong technical needs analysis consultation skills, business acumen, versatility and problem solving. Provide expert level knowledge when developing, testing and documenting the Unified Communication solutions created for our customers. Candidate will need to understand the intricacies and dependencies between the various solutions that exist on DOD and Commercial networks. Will be required to participate in pilot projects of new solutions to better understand the impact on the overall solutions and educate other engineers on how the solution works. Act as a liaison between customer as well as other departments. Develop Unified Communications solutions that meet or exceed Customer Service Level Agreements at the lowest implementation and operational costs to our partners, and our customers. Maintain highest standards of technical expertise. Provide professional and technical leadership to engineers throughout the team and the company. This position is responsible for understanding all customer designs/technologies and partnering with customers, vendors, and teammates to assist with implementation and day to day operation of the Unified Communications infrastructure. Serves as highest level of support to provide technical leadership and expertise when issues are escalated. Provides expert level, on-site support in the following areas: day to day operations, design reviews, high level implementation plans, implementation support, configuration review, and knowledge transfer. Enforces enterprise standards, processes and procedures. This position is a subject matter expert in Unified Communications and is responsible for design, development, implementation and support of solutions in these areas. Create and maintain system and support documentation. Responsible for ensuring systems are configured and comply with DOD security standards. Will work with Commercial and DOD teams for any proposal support that aligns with nLogic new business portfolio.
 
Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or related field. 2-5 years hands on experience with Cisco Unified Communications, to include CUCM, CUCME, Unity Connections, UCCX, FOIP, and Cisco Meeting Place in an enterprise environment. CUCM 10.X/11.x/12.X, CUCME 8.x, Unity Connections 11.X/12.X, UCCX 11.X/12.X, IVR (IP Interactive Voice Response). CCNP level required. Security+ required. Up to 25% Travel can be required.
 
Desired: Master’s Degree is a plus. UCCE is preferred.
 
Active Secret Security Clearance required. Full-time position located in Fort Lee, Virginia.
