"The Manager III Integrated Sustainment and Product Support collaborates with the company's system, Sustainment Team and Program Chief Engineers within the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) and Mission Systems and Sensors (MSS), and Sea Power Capability Systems (SCS) Business Areas. 

The Manager III Integrated Sustainment Product Support is responsible for the following: 
•Contribute to development and execution of the Whole Life Engineering (WLE) strategy within each business area, with particular emphasis on early implementation of the sustainment discipline for program(s) or product(s) 
•Contribute to development and analysis of evolving Systems of Systems (SoS) Sustainment Programs for domestic and international programs 
•Influence and support company SoS solutions 
•Provide Whole Life Engineering support to develop concepts of operation and concepts of support for domestic and international pursuits and captures 
•Interface with Whole Life Engineering Leads, program management, technical leads, and our customers to ensure proper program execution of WLE activities 
•Aid Sustainment and Engineering leaders with development/maintenance of Business Area and Country roadmaps (System and SoS) with sustainment insertions 
•Participate in industry related symposiums and conferences 
•Participate in proposals and Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) Gate Reviews, including as Independent and/or Pink/Red Team Reviewers when requested 
•Participate in both Domestic and Foreign Program Management Reviews (PMRs) when requested 
•Domestic travel of 10% – 30% per year with occasional international travel. 
•Duty position is in Lawton, Oklahoma 
Required Skills 
•Ten (10) + years of domain knowledge and experience in Sustainment Operations 
•Experience with doctrine, concept, and policy development

Desired Skills •Ten (10) + years’ experience with the Patriot Air and Missile Defense System 
•Experienced with supporting Unified Land Operations 
•Knowledge of Multi-Domain Battle Concept of Operation 
•Knowledge and experience conducting Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy Analysis 
•Experience with Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM), PEO Missiles and Space (PEO M&S), Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) and Defense Security Cooperation Agency 
•Strong technical understanding of DoD Sustainment Information Systems 
•Knowledge and experience with International Programs Security Requirements 
•Broad-based technical background, troubleshooting and strong grasp of engineering fundamentals with comparable progression of management responsibilities 
•Ability to effectively work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements 
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, communicating to program managers, functional managers, peers, team members, suppliers, and customers 
•Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain 
•Ability to travel domestically and internationally 

Required Education 

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent combination of related experience and education (eight years of related experience may be considered as a substitute for a BA/BS with two years of related experience equal to one year of College).
