"The AN/TPY-2 Radar Capabilities Deputy Integrated Product Team Lead is responsible for leading functional support teams in the complete execution of Missile Defense Agency contracts. The primary focus will be radar systems and software development. Specific responsibilities include:

•Driving flawless technical, schedule, and cost performance of contracts 
•Integrating key business activities into a seamless business that can leverage best practices, people skills and cross utilization of assets 
•Managing future proposals, developing proposal timelines and program Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule. Developing and editing customer proposals, white papers, statements of work and Bases of Estimate 
•Supporting the AN/TPY-2 Program Manager and RCAP IPT Lead to identify key personnel, develop long-term plans and build a new business model for the management of future contracts 
•Executing capability development, conducting Program status meetings, tracking and communicating program metrics 
•Domestic travel will be required 
Required Qualifications 
•Solid understanding of application and execution of company's Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) or similar business processes 
•Demonstrated experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk and Opportunity Management to identify issues and develop recommended courses of action to management 
•Demonstrated strong communication skills 
•Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports 
•Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to fulfill their needs and ensure their satisfaction and continued business 
•Ability to work across business areas, manage diverse tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines 
•Ability to knock down barriers, remove roadblocks and negotiate change 
•Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities 
•Required Education: Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or Business 
Desired Qualifications 
•Existing Secret Clearance (DoD) 
•Established relationship with Missile Defense Agency customer 
•Prior experience with Department of Defense Radar Design and Development Programs 
•Knowledge of Agile development practice 
•Demonstrated experience as a change agent, able to energize organizations to achieve beyond expectations 
•Demonstrated experience with Gate Reviews 
•Demonstrated ability to interact with senior levels of leadership effectively – including customer, company, teammates, and suppliers
