Position Description:

The Junior Systems Analyst will provide Cybersecurity incident response and logistical capability fielding planning support to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Afloat Systems Cybersecurity Engineering Group (SEA 05Q) at the Washington Navy Yard.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain NAVSEA Cybersecurity Planning and Response Center (CPRC) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Development and support for Fleet training of fielded Cybersecurity capabilities.
• Coordinate with Fleet, SYSCOM, and NAVSEA (PEO, Directorate, Warfare Center, System Owner, Program of Record (POR)) POCs in support of
      o NAVSEA afloat and undersea Cybersecurity incident response efforts (real-world events and exercises),
      o Planning and logistics for Cybersecurity capability fielding to the Fleet.
• Provide operational support for CPRC telecommunications equipment (classified and unclassified audio/video telecommunications devices).
• Prepare After Action Reports (AAR), providing analysis of CPRC process effectiveness, and recommendations for process improvement.Experience Requirements
• Requires prior shipboard experience and knowledge of shipboard operations.
• Cryptologic Technician (Maintenance) (CTM) experience preferred.
• Prior Cybersecurity experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must have an active Secret clearance
• Security+ certification preferred
• Navy/Military experience is desired, but not necessary
• Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and/or in teams with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Significant organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
