Architect
- Lead and oversee all phases of the architectural process, from schematic design to construction administration and project close-out.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and other standard documents standard to the AEC industry.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress and ascertain compliance with contract documents.
- Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture from an accredited school.
- Licensed in the State of Tennessee
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, construction methods, and design detailing.
- Pay range $50-60/hr. Depending on skill match and experience
