Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical major, such as Computer Science or Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience with multiple functional programming languages
- Experience leading complicated technical efforts
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience with to automated testing and continuous integration
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC)
Desired:
- Experience with machine learning
- Experience with algorithm optimization
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Experience with Geographic information systems (GIS)
- Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo)
- Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) a plus
- Experience developing on MacOS X and deploying to Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Experience presenting at technical conferences
