Configuration Manager ****REMOTE**** DOD Secret
Philadelphia, PAWe are looking for Configuration Managers for placement on a contract that is upcoming. We have an ongoing contract and are in the process of extending it. We are anticipating at this time a n 85% chance of continuing this contract. Please give me a call or email if you want to learn more.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of SCCM to manage endpoints and applications effectively.
Required:
Assist in the deployment and configuration of SCCM to manage endpoints and applications effectively.
- Support system updates, patch management, and software distribution processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with senior administrators on system enhancements and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in IT projects related to SCCM and other systems management initiatives.
Required:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SCCM and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in IT support or administration, preferably within a Windows environment.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
- Experience with remote management tools and software distribution methodologies.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
