Electrical Production Support Engineer II – Defense Programs

Overview
Supports mission-critical defense electronics by resolving production and supplier issues through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and controlled engineering change implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve factory and supplier issues affecting defense hardware

  • Conduct root-cause investigations on digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal electronics

  • Drive Engineering Change Notices through formal configuration control boards using cPDM

  • Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement initiatives

  • Interface with suppliers and coordinate cross-functional technical teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting electronic hardware in production environments

  • Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and hardware documentation

  • Active Secret security clearance

Preferred

  • Experience supporting Raytheon or similar defense programs

  • CCA, RF, EO, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience

  • Knowledge of SPC, configuration management, and production yield improvement
