Overview
Supports mission-critical defense electronics by resolving production and supplier issues through rapid troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and controlled engineering change implementation.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve factory and supplier issues affecting defense hardware
Conduct root-cause investigations on digital, analog, RF, and mixed-signal electronics
Drive Engineering Change Notices through formal configuration control boards using cPDM
Support production test, reliability, and yield improvement initiatives
Interface with suppliers and coordinate cross-functional technical teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting electronic hardware in production environments
Proficiency with standard electronic lab equipment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and hardware documentation
Active Secret security clearance
Preferred
Experience supporting Raytheon or similar defense programs
CCA, RF, EO, sensor, or subsystem integration and test experience
Knowledge of SPC, configuration management, and production yield improvement
