- Experience designing mechanical systems for commercial buildings
Mechanical design may include: HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, terminal units, water systems, air systems, steam systems (including vacuum and vapor), water source heat pumps, conventional domestic water, drain waste, vent, stormwater, fuel gas systems, commercial kitchens, fire protection - Ready to step up and lead, even if they had not been given that opportunity at their current position
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
